MSCI Return Policy 🖤

We want you to love your MSCI order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags/package still attached.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through TikTok Shop and we’ll make it right.

Because some items may be made-to-order, worn or washed items cannot be returned.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an issue with the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
